Dynamic Flash Website with CMS integration

Project Description:
I have a client (car dealership) who is after an interactive Flash website (a bit like an interactive virtual showroom and forecourt possibly functioning a bit like Google Earth but they are open to ideas) using dynamically generated content. I.e. they need some sort of CMS in the back end so they can upload their latest used and new cars with pictures & videos of same and this info would also have to be automatically fed to Autotrader and similar sites.They currently have a "normal" car dealership website with CMS which they would like to keep (after some updating as part of this project) for viewers that haven't got Flash Player and for SEO purposes.
Ideally the data that they feed into the existing CMS would also be used on the Flash website to be programmed. (rather than having to feed the data in twice)
They would also like functionality a bit like the Camera Selector (Adobe Flex) on the jessops.com website to allow visitors to search for cars in that way. The jessops Camera Selector is provided by AnswerOil (PrismaStar) but they would probably get away with something simpler which ideally would also be implemented by the freelance programmer(s) I end up working with on this project.
Of course as with any website these days, it needs to be search engine optimised.
At the moment this website project is at quoting and brainstorming stage, but if I find committed and capable freelance programmer(s) there is a very good chance this will go ahead.
This is definitely a very exciting project for a nice and paying client that welcomes innovation and ideas. I am expecting the finished product to look great in any portfolio.

yes flex will help the website to be interactive while having the data driven capability.

but im unable to suggest the best one with out knowing the exact build which we are going to implement.
