Project Description:
I'm looking for someone who can communicate well and respond promptly to design a front page including:
1. top banner with graphics / logo and possibly flash or animation
2. simple menu accross the top
3. bottom banner with graphics
4. some other stuff (will explain)
I will provide examples of other websites.
Must have unlimited revisions, you must provide all graphics etc
