Finishing touches to a website with flash

I am building a website but have a few finishes touches i need help with. the main problem is the flash. website: [login to view URL] as you can see on the following link the flash does not line up?: [login to view URL] Also the fourth menu link button under it is now grey? but is fine on the home page. All four buttons need a name adding to them I have no income so price is important. Any work needs to be done with ease of future alteration in mind, meaning if i want ot create a new page, must be easy to copy page with flash then add new details. Look forward to replies.
