Flash Expert - FLV Video

We are looking for an expert at flash to do around 30 hours of work. Please bid on 10 hours then if your are serious about getting the work complete the short example request described below. Below is a simple example we would like to see you do, in one of two approaches. We know the easy way to do the below, but whomever does it best and most efficiently will be awarded the work. If you want to be paid for the demo, then please post an IM and we will discuss. First person to do the below well as we need it will win the project. You can do the below in one or two ways. Demo files located at: [login to view URL] First Method: We have two FLV videos. We want the videos entered into flash and played one after the other. Although here is how it needs to work. [login to view URL] preloads for 2 seconds and then plays. At the end of the file, the video becomes clickable (when clicked, it goes to [login to view URL] for this example). When you then hover over the video, it plays [login to view URL], but this action only occurs at the end of 1.flv. Although we want [login to view URL] to also preload so it plays instantly when it is hovered. The files are large, they will be smaller, but see what you can do with them as an example. Or Second Method: Have [login to view URL] preload and then start playing. When you get to 16 seconds in the video or after he writes on the board, have him pause. Then at that time and only that time (not earlier) when he is hovered, have him play the remainder. The file should be clickable at any time and go to yahoo.com.
