Fairly easy job for a competent and experienced designer ©

I have 2 versions of a website – flash and html.

Flash Header
The buttons on the flash header need coding so that I can change them and there links from a notepad doc (I think it’s ActionScript)

HTML
There are multiple boxes of the same style in the main content area. I want it designed so that there is 1 box filling the whole area (maintaining good design and looks) and space for one image inside it.

The HTML changes need making to both versions.
Must have MSN/Yahoo/AIM.
