These include (1) one large navigation interface (exactly 688px by approximately 500px) that will provide navigation between 16 preexisting webpages, and (2) one smaller navigation animation (exactly 688px x exactly 150 px) that returns the user to the larger navigation element.

Delivery of both the final animation (.swf) and the source files (.fla) are REQUIRED, and these items will become property of the National Park Service and public domain upon submission.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to regulations surrounding work for the Federal Government, no advance payment can be authorized. Payment in full is authorized, however, upon delivery of the final animations and source files. Payment for services can be made only via PayPal.

Additional Job Details

We are looking for a visually arresting interface that invites visitors to explore the contents of an expanded set of web pages that relate to climate change. Both pieces of animation should be graphically similar and incorporate imagery relevant to south Florida and/or climate change. The large animation (688px by 500 px) should provide dynamic, easy-to-use navigation among individual pages across four topic areas as follows:

Climate Change: Effects

Climate Change: Response

Climate Change: How to Help

In addition, the large animation should also provide stand-alone links to the following two pages:

By contrast, the small animation (688px by 150px) will be placed at the bottom of all the preceding pages for the purpose of returning visitors to the original navigation page. To that end, the animation should link visitors to this page:
