We are looking for a designer to make a design for our payment gateway. We are looking for a logo, order page, and page layout for the front and back end that the merchant will see. We will provide all the code for the site, we just need the design. We would like a site similar to intabill.com but not a copy.
Some further details.
The order page will consist of 3 pages: checks, credit cards, and a
success/error page. The user will be shown the first available payment method (usually Visa)and have the option to switch to another credit card page (Discover, Mastercard etc) or the Check template. after the order is submitted, the user is sent to the success page or will be provided with an error.

The order page must have these features:
No Scrolling: Everything should appear in a standard browser without
having to scroll down.
Flexible: All fields must be addable or removable without the skin/design getting ruined.
Unique for our site: The order page must have a unique design, not just a standard/copy design from somewhere else.
We would like to have the same header/footer design used in the front
page for the backend as well. Below that is the main content table.
The table design is the HTML design standard we will use for every table on the site. A Table must have a header and a content area that allows any html content. The Table must also be completely resizable
horizontally and vertically without breaking or looking ugly.
Optionally, an alternate table design should be made that has multiple tabs that can be selected. This design should look and act like the regular table.
The Menu design must display in the header on every backend page. When an option is moused over, if it has subsections, they must popup. If it does not have subsections, no popups display. The link itself along with the subsection links must be editable (both the text and the hyperlink). This should be flash-based.
