I need a competent and proven designer with competent knowledge in Joomla, also in HTML and Flash(optional) I need to create a hybrid HTML website with joomla components and modules integrated or linked. The only joomla components the website is gonna have is Virtua Mart, calendar and photo gallery. The joomla is already installed and running, I only need someone to work the HTML (It's a template) and the joomla integration. Serious artists/designers only. English or Spanish language speaking people only. Hablamos Español.
