Need Custom HTML5/Flash Video Player Made

I need a HTML5/Flash Custom Video Player made. It will be for a video sharing site. The video player will also be a stand alone application that users can download to play our videos. Our videos will be streaming in mp4 format. The player must also work on iOS products. There are specific features that the video player needs to consist of. The video player features buttons will be displayed along the right side of the video player, like www.vimeo.com has their video player.
