I am looking to have a website exactly like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and SEO to ensure the project get marketed where directed. This site will have all of the same features with some modifications and customizations. more details will be provided in a complete blueprint i have typed out based on research. however there is one special note to this project: because i do not have any money to pay for this project upfront, i am looking for somebody to do this site pro bono, upon completion of the site, you will be paid out of the revenue made. plus i am willing to negotiate an additional fee for your co-operation and support. for example: if your bid is $2000 in x amount of days, and we decide that your fee will be an additional $2500 then when the site generates money, you will be paid the cost of the project plus the additional amount as an act of good faith for believing in me. this means $2000 + $2500 = $4500 i am willing to draw up a legally binding contract to reflect this to ensure your assurance and demonstrate integrity. a step by step blueprint explaining the site, every link, every feature, and possibly layouts and design will be provided as a guide, and communication between you and i every step of the way until project completion. if i have left out any details or if you have any question please feel free to ask.
