Stop Flash Header Reload

Our website is online at [login to view URL] This project is in 5 parts: 1: We would like the flash banner at the top of the site to stay the same and not re-load every time a new page is navigated to. 2: We need the “Book Now” button in the flash header to link to [login to view URL] 3: Need the Flash Header to align with the pages below as it is slightly skewed to the left of every page. Tried to fix in Dreamweaver with no luck 4: On the Map page [login to view URL] need to scale the map and text so they are centered with the Flash Header. 5: Ensure the site works perfectly with Internet explorer, firefox, mozilla, netscape, safari.
