Templatemonster Template personalisation and implementation

Project Description:
Hello coders.

We are planing to buy a template from Templatemonster and personalize it for our site.
It is a Car Tuning site and the logo would need a bit of re-design, change some things on the front page, design a few subpages, change menu names and add/remove few items in the main mednu.

Implement everything on our web server. (Server running Microsoft IIS with .Net and PHP.

The template we are thinking to buy would be something like : http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/23573.html (If you have a better suggestion by my guest, blow my mind)

You CAN/MAY be creative and do some changes to the site, everything goes as long as it looks good.

We will provide you with the text needed for the site and subpages , menu names (as they will need to be changed). Site will have NO FORUM.

So we would need someone who can also Photoshop and Flash in order to make the changes needed.

This will be more or less an ongoing project as we will need site changes as we grow and the coder would be paid separately for any further changes that will have to be made later on.

Within 5 days after awarding the project the coder must show me a mockup of the changed site.
I will not accept ANY pre-payments for this project but we can agree on some amount once we start the implementation.

It is VERY important for us that you KEEP the deadline we will give you after the project is awarded.
You need to be available online on something like : Gtalk, MSN, Yahoo Messenger or ICQ.

I have no time for newbies on this project, you must know your stuff and have some prior experience and we want to see some previous work that YOU have done.

As one of the coders mentioned, I forgot to add : We do NOT want full Flash site, only the menu and header maybe. The rest must be HTML/PHP or other programming language.
