    Theres just one advice ill like to give anyone bidding here. Make sure he accepts your bid AND gives you a down payment before doing any business with him. I recently bidded on a shipping calculator project. It was a small $15 project. He contacted me, and told me to start working on the calculator, but he didnt accept my bid though. So i opened up visual c# and completed the project. I didnt really worry about the fact that he did not officially accept my bid, because i dont know who would want to steal $15. After that, i ressended him the project, and he never paid me, or contacted me.
