URGENT - Conversion of an all Flash Home page to simple HTML & images

Project Description:
We have a client who is looking to have their current Home page converted from an all Flash Web page to a simple html page that mirrors the exact “look and feel” of their current site. Their main goal for this project is to make the site easier to update all while making it more search engine friendly as it will no longer be all Flash-based.

Requirements: The converted Home page must look “exactly” like the current Home page located at www.quadrantepp.com. New Home page will retain primary flash animation (a random product flash animation loads every time the page is refreshed) all other page elements will be converted into html, images and javascript (for site navigation).

This is an URGENT, quick turn project and we will be looking for the selected bidder to complete this project no later than close of business Tuesday, June 26th so the client can review Wednesday morning, submit any applicable changes and have the finalized Home page back no later than Thursday morning.

We will provide the original Flash source file.

Deliverables: Completed Home page and all applicable files (i.e. html, graphics, resized flash animation, etc.) ready to be uploaded to client hosting server. Page must work in IE 6 and 7, Firefox and Safari.

The client has requested some creative changes for this project. So we will be supplying the chosen bidder with the new layout. Basically the same layout the current site uses but with a wider screen resolution and a minor color change. We would require the selected bidder to take the modified design and the flash file to create the end result. Completed project would be the html page with all applicable images, functional drop-down navigation (currently in Flash, we would need this to be non-Flash), and the product Flash-feature resized and embedded in the new Home page.
