I need the following done to my website listed below:

I need an accurate price. With no hidden fees or gimmiks.
I need a sample of the logo idea, specifically made to my business name...DO NOT SEND ME YOUR PORTFOLIO- i am not interested in it. I NEED to see what you can do for my business...not what you have done in the past. ANYONE who sends their portfolio will be rejected and blocked. You can watermark your sample its fine by me...i just need to see your ideas.
DO NOT SEND SHALLOW stupid basic font editted work- I WANT SOMETHING classy and nice.
this is what needs to be done for the website:
1. LOGO has to be bigger and more centered towards the centre of the page and also filling all the space all the way till the right.
2. I also need the font in the menu on the site made Larger in flash. It's an XML website, i have all the original files for it. Once i reward you the project i will give you access to all the files on godaddy so you can edit them.
3.Also i need the main page to have a rotating background with different pictures on it.
4. Under Porfolio, the thumbnails on the right of the screen are scrolling way too fast, I need them to be slowed down, I have been told it could be done in flash.
PLEASE BID on the project as a whole, and not individual items. I need all 4 items to be done together,
DO NOT SUBMIT a bid without a specific logo done for my business name. I WILL DELETE your bid and block you from being able to bid again!
