our one local developer did the work over above requirement , his work is good and completed about 90%.
Few things not working and required updated.Currently developer is not able as well as not responding.

The .zip file consist :
1- "work_files.zip" which includes all the files/work, last provided did work over project.
2- "feedback-052912.zip" which consist details related to updates we currently required over
provided work ("work_files.zip")
3- "provider_help.zip" for selected provider help to implement changes.
Its small task for any flash developer.
