i want to build a website that allows subtitle display that is synchronized with streaming videos.
when a user clicks a link to a video title, the corresponding video needs to be chosen from one server, and when the video is ready to be streamed, the corresponding subtitle file from another server needs to be automatically loaded to the streaming video (subtitle files provided will automatically synchronize to the video).
