Create flash content under google adwords guidelines

I would like to create a series of flash banners to use for Google adwords - remarketing campaigns. Eshop is [login to view URL] and the subject is online petshop. Flash Dimensions needed: Banner: 468 x 60 Leaderboard: 728 x 90 Square: 250 x 250 Small square: 200 x 200 Large rectangle: 336 x 280 Inline rectangle: 300 x 250 Skyscraper: 120 x 600 Wide skyscraper: 160 x 600 Half-page: 300 x 600 The first set of banners will feature branding purposes, this project is for the first set of banners, more will come in the future. The designer will receive illustrator file of the background, logo and message in Greek Language, sample is here [login to view URL] . The design of the flash will be of his own imagination and creativity. 50% milestone will be released upon freelancer selection and another 50% after google accepts the flash content.
