Background:
Folkelotto is a sms lottery-concept where members subscribe to receive commercials on their cellphones. The advertisers pay us for sending out their commercial to our members. In advance the
subscribers participate in moneyvinning games for free. Prices varies from 500 to 100.000 NOK. The concept is 100% free for subscribers.

Overview description:
Im looking for a new feature which is a flash application (banner sized) which should simulate the concept of winning money, just like bingo. You first receives some numbers, The machine is getting
random numbers and the winners are printed in the flash application. Then you get information on how to subscribe to the concept. The language have to be norwegian, so it would be perfect if text strings can be variables.

Flow schema:
Ive attached a jpg that shows the flow. The application have to be interactive with web-users and must be in banner sizes since this feature will be pasted on other external websites. All interactive function must be randomized and sometime you will win, sometimes not.

General:
This flash app will be inserted on www.folkelotto.no. So colors and gfx, ideas can be picked up here. It should be some movement on the Flash. Something that relates to money, winning and SMS - Mobile phones. The application have to be step by step for users, so that a user can play for fun (simulate) a session in www.Folkelotto.no. The following is a brief description step by step.

STEP 1:
- Text:Website 1 is presenting website2 (variabel).
- A Userbutton that generate some random numers and show them (They are your numbers in this lottery)

STEP 2:
- Click the spinbutton to get a list of winners.
(This sequence is very important. Should be an animation like bingostyle, with sounds)

STEP 3:
The result is presented. There should be 5 fictive winners. Name and pricegroup.

STEP 4:
INFO screen on how to subscribe to smslottery (www.folkelotto.no)
Text: Play this game for Real, Free of charge. Send SMS: LODD <referralid> (This should be an external variables and get from the url (get request)). Example: LODD <1234> TO: 1963

Bottom:
Button with play again which leads to STEP 1.



Requirements:
1. The Flash should be in different sizes sinse its going to be inserted on difference websites.
2. The Flash should be user interactive where the user push the step by step routines.
3. There should be som gfx that relates to winning, money and mobile cell phones.
4. The referral id on the how to subscribe is unique from website to website. This have to be set when inserting the flash.
5. The play for fun game must be randomized. The user should win like 33% in average when playing.
6. The winners should be presented from a set of 10 names and 10 pricegroups. If the user wins, he will be named YOU. The pricegroups must be 500,1000,3000,5000,10000,15000,30000,50000,75000 and 100000. The names should be: Morten, Jonas, Tom, Tone, Marianne, Jan, Per, Gunnar, Lise, Arthur.
