Flash Animation Urgent

See the attached screenshot, i have that in .psd format with layers basically, i need the 3 circle graphs and the horizontal bars to move... I want some numbers to shown like 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10 etc... and similar numbers in the second circle and i need those circles (layers) to rotate, revovle, animate before showing the numbers in btw. and these numbers must be either .txt or .xml files though. and the bars need to animate based on the number shown.. like percentage wise. Need this done as soon as possible, the faster you do, the more bonus Im ready to pay, as im on tight deadline. thank you and ofcourse, a loading screen before showing these animations. let me know any questions or comments. thank you
