Seeking PHP & Flash Developer for the following. Basic interface are provided

1. Video player with Lighbox features integrated with open source CMS like Joomla. Reference : http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/jill_bolte_taylor_s_powerful_stroke_of_insight.html . Most important is the ability to link video automatically as segment.

2. Admin function to add add, edit and delete multiple videos.
