Flex 3 Custom Control

I need a custom Flex Control developed and full source code provided to allow us to extend the control with our data services. For the development of the control it must be Done in Flex 3 not Flash. [login to view URL] It must function as per the example below, we do not require the video player portion just the user interface for the Panel, Button with Menu items and tilelist of possible video. If the list of possible video after channel selection is too long for one panel it should scroll. Use simple ArrayList collection hardcoded for presentation of data will wil cahnge the control to use our data services.
