Quick Movie Clip Creation for a Flash Project

I am creating an animated banner for a Airplane Banner towing company. I have completed the animation except for a shadowed prop movement.

I am attaching an image of the plane. It will be towing a banner and I need a movie clip to place over the nose of the plane where the prop should be... I need some prop movement... like this video...
