Splash Page

Project Description:
Need to animate attached layout as a splash page
1. Comes in with tv like interference effect (not the usual snow but something really cool)
2. Sand writing spells out.
3. Background fades in
4. Words come vibrating in one by one.
5. Enter button (we'll get you better type for that or you can do your own).

I have attached jpeg layout. We would supply all art separated as necessary.
I needs to function as a Flash 6 file and we would like as much of the motion tweens as possible action scripted.
