Video Puzzle

I need someone to change the following Video segmenting code to create a "VIDEO PUZZLE". Here is a link to the code you CAN use for video/Bitmap segmenting. [login to view URL] A few things I need: 1) it needs to be in Flash AS 3.0 2) The pieces of the puzzle should be able to stuck/snap into correct places/together like in a regular puzzle. 3) I am looking for a puzzle game except that the pieces of the puzzle are video rather than static pictures. 4) I should be set the following variables in the code: A) Height and width of the Video and the URL of the video to use. B) the number of pieces the video should be cut into - 4 or 6 or 8 or 10 or 12 etc... C) Height and width of the Puzzle Board: The puzzle board is the space used to put together the puzzle in. This space would be much bigger than the actual size of the video. 4) A way to change the above variables in one place. feel free to ask me any questions. My budget for this project is about $90
