We need a function to drawing 2d polygon at standalone runtime with unity3d.
1. User can drawing 2d polygon.
2. Each vertex can be adjust position in anytime.
3. Show distance between both vertexes.
4. Error color with line when vertex move to a wrong position.
5. Complier DLL plugin for unity3d.
6. All of these requests have to work at standalone runtime not editor mode.
7. Use C# coding.
