Article on effective work planning prior to scheduling

Hi,

I tried wirting my own article, and it did not get accepted to be published. I am an engineer by trade; therefore, I am not the best writer. I am not going to loose hope. I would like to hire someone to help me write the next article. You will get paid if the article is chosen or not for publication because it is not our fault if it does not get chosen. All we can do is try. As the project name states, it will be better if you have a good understanding or subject matter expert on planning a job prior to scheduling. Submission deadline is August 15, 2012. Please help me get my article submitted for recognition! I can provide some examples of articles that have been published for a benchmark.
