Gmail Automated Account Maker

Looking for an Automated Gmail Account maker with a capcha reader. Requirements - Must run under windows XP Must give option to use .txt files to fill in fields or generate random fields Must be able to forward each address created to a specified email All accounts created must be stored in a .txt file with email and password I will be changing my IP every 10 accounts created, so I would like to be able to specify how many accounts this program makes at a time. I also want to know how long it takes for each account to be created. Please ask any other questions if necessary.
