Impressive graphs (animated gifs & icons) for Iphone app

We are looking for a very skilled cartoonist/ illustrator/ logo designer that can create a cartoon character/ based upon our ideas (example can be send upon request) and use this cartoon character as a basis for 100 animated gifs that should include text (balloons) and 25 icons for inclusion in the Emoij keyboard. In addition this person should design the app logo and potentially could provide the UI for the app. Expertise in flash would be desired but is not a necessity It is crucial that this person has experience with creating/ designing cartoon characters and logo's and can provide us with some superb examples! Other requirements: - min 5 star rating and at least 300 hours on freelancer - good English working knowledge - experience with providing graphics/logos/gifs for Iphone apps Please only respond if you can show us some superb examples of cartoons, illustrations, animated gifs and logos If we like your work we will reply to your bid.
