Looking for a talented and experienced web graphic designer to create unique website design concept for a specific client with specific needs. The concept must be Professional, Elegant, Detailed, and using rich RGB colors. Templates or generic artwork MUST NOT be used. Stock photos are ok as long as they are tweaked or filtered to blend with the rest of site concept. For immediate consideration, the designer should have a portfolio and/or live examples of his/her work. Unprofessional or incomplete concepts will not be accepted! Finished concepts need be delivered in high quality jpeg format and the original .psd file will be uploaded to the provided ftp site. Your bid should be for delivering a single website concept design. A typical website design concept can take between 4-8 hours depending on the level of detail and ability.
