181864 Record Label Logo Design

I am looking for an original design for a logo for a Hip-Hop/R&B record label. By original I mean that the logo design should not be a logo that is in use by any other other company, person or any other website. I also expect to have the copyright rights to the logo meaning that after this project is completed I do not expect the logo that you designed for me to be used by any other company, person or website. The only exception being that it can, of course, be used in your own online portfolio showcasing your work. In order to choose a programmer for this job I will need to see sample mock-ups of your design ideas. Once a programmer is chosen and a design is agreed upon I will need the file delivered to me in its layered format.
