Convert scanned image to Vector format

I have a 600dpi scanned image that I need converted to vector format for use on custom clothing. ## Deliverables The original image is drawn on an 8.5in x 11in paper. We will scan it in full color 600dpi, and send it to you. You will need to convert it to any vector format that can be opened and edited by Inkscape, and the resulting vector image should be high enough quality to print on various articles of clothing. The image is a motivational logo drawing for a Marine Corps unit deployed overseas. The successful bidder will have examples of previous similar work to display. If you can't demonstrate your capability in this type of work, please don't bid. Feel free to ask any questions.
