Hi! I am in the process of setting up a new consulting and domestic construction business in Melb Australia. The name of the business is Melville Ryan. This is a combination of my name and location of my own house that I am building in Melbourne.
I have a background in commercial property development and construction and am in the process of getting my building licence to build houses and the work I want done will ideally play off all of these. The key skills I have are: Construction, Development, Due Diligence, Feasibilities, Planning, Lease negotiation, Representation, Resolution, Marketing & Initiation.
I have attached some photos of the house I am building and can provide other images as required. I would like the logo to play off this structure as to start off with I will operate the business out of the house and want to use it as a marketing base to lever off as it is an unique structure and look. I have kept the front wall in place that is just over 100 years old and done a new looking design behind that.

I would like the logo to be able to be used on a website, banners, stationery, business cards etc.
MOST IMPORTANTLY - I AM LOOKING FOR A MODERN CONTEMPORARY LOOK - I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE A 'TYPICAL CORPORATE' LOOK. I would like to see examples of this in your work you have done.
