Project Description:
I am interested in creating Thumbs-Ratings sprites according to the specifications detailed in article 3 here

This requires creating 3 sprites: Small, Medium and large.
The thumbs up image and thumbs down image will be replaced by graphical images of candelas created by the freelancer
See attached examples
1 candle should be in a metal holder (1), The other without (2).
The attached are examples and should not be used or copied. I want something similar created by the freelancer.
Freelancer will do all the nessacary changes in the files until I am satisfied.
Freelancer should allow 7 days to test before getting paid.
