Experienced Web Graphics Designer Needed

Hi I am looking for an experienced WEB graphic designer to create a Header Banner for my site and news letter ASAP. You need to have prior experience of designing websites and understand the concept of KISS in web design. I will not consider anyone who can not submit multiple examples of active sites. The banner needs to be cripes and clean and should stand out to visitors. Please refer to the attached file to gain more insight about the site’s purpose and my need. To be considered for this, you must submit the followings: >>A draft design concept-this can be either a mockup or an idea in word design. Please emphasize how your design accommodates the design objectives stated in the attachment. I will select based on design concept presented. >>Previous work samples and references. >>You need to be able to communicate via Skype with me between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST >>IF selected, turn the design around in 72 hours.
