Flash banner animation

Hi Guys, Find attached jpg banner for flash animation, i will give you source file in Illustrator to get the vector. i want 2D animation for the elements in the banner, something like google doodle. As the banner is for website design, it should be in width of 980 Pixels, height can vary based on your design. The banner is for real estate company and so the following Animations that should be there: 1) Painter (as shown in the banner) 2) JCB moving holding the L and trying to place it in position. 3) One person doing welding work on top of E 4) A Person working on top of I with axe. 5) Sounds that resemble construction should be included in the banner. 6) Any other animation that looks good for the banner. Note: Workers should have different dress code, one format i like is attached as image ([login to view URL] in this image i like first person) Please provide similar examples, i will select a person who shows similar examples.
