Hi-
We have a small iframe registration form online, but I need to have an additional text/banner above it (same width, color scheme, etc.) with specific text.
Text would be "Breaking The Hollywood Barrier: How To Get Your Show Idea On TV"
Below is a link to show you the form, and I'd just need an image made that I will just place above this on our site.

Doesn't have to be complicated. Maybe same color as the "register now" area, with a rounded gloss feel to it.
