Project Description:
I am developing a new website.
I need graphics developed for the website.
The website is for an Indian Restaurant.
Guidlelines for the design: simple but elegant while still being eye catching.
What I have right now: a logo.

You will need to develop a theme and layout for the website.
I will supply the sections needed for the website later.
Please send a PM and I will give you an example of a website that I have done previously to demonstarte the quality and look and feel I am expecting.
For this work: I need you to submit a proposed layout for me to consider. Please be prepared to make alterations and changes that I request. All bidders are needed to do this to bid.
After awarding the design to someone... there will probably still be a few more enhancements to the chosen graphics.
The budget for the project is $30 - $100.
I am ideally looking to pay somewhere in the middle of this range.
