To keep design work simple as currently it is not for architecture execution.
However, should the concept and design be attractive for implementation, we will rework with additional budget.

1) Hotel Exterior ( 1 Includes Surrounding, 1 Close Up)
2) Main Lobby (includes reception)
3) 2 - 3 In-room Design
4) Business Center / Cafe or Lounge
5) Corridors / Lifts or others

1) 5 Stories Hotel ( estimated 30 rooms )
2) Occupying 2000 Sq Ft Land Area +/-
3) About 8 Rooms Per Floor
4) Main Lobby, Receptionist , Mini Lounge / Cafe, Gift Shop
