Landing Page

I have a landing page currently with all of the items and content needed for it however the design is horrible. I need to get a new design for this landing page and i also need that same person to slice it out into usable HTML so I can simply upload it to where it needs to be and make it work. I need this project completed by Monday end of day so I need someone who is willing to work on Sunday and Monday to get this job accomplished. I need to be able to see progress on Sunday meaning a mock up of the possible design by end of day Sunday. I have attached an image file containing what I need on this landing page. I also have the original logo in a PSD format. We DO NOT want it to look anything like the image attached. It is also important to remember that this is a landing page so we do not want anything too busy. People need to be able to easily see the call to action form and fill it out. The form should only contain First and Last name and an email address and a submit button however the form should really stand out in the center of the page. Please do not bid on this job if your bid is for more than $100. This is a small project and should take a day and the budget listed is the max budget.
