Hi all,
We are doing one project to maintain online question bank for our internal employee usage.
we are planning to do it .net, but we need some one who can design UI with CSS styles and html. little bit of graphic design also may be required.
look and feel of the website screen shots we have created 95%, so there is no need to recreate the web site design layout.
only thing we need is doing that site using css and html with little bit of design changes to have glassy and sharp edge look and feel.
