We have Consultants who sell a select range of our products. We would like
1) a Pricelist outlining all products available to Consultants
2) a Catalogue showing the products. Note: We have started creating one using the Microsoft Office Word software, this can be added on to, or a new one created. We would prefer that the created catalogue is done in a software that we have so that we can edit it if need be.
3) If a new concept is created for us, we may get you to do extra jobs such as an order form, flyers etc.
Important: We sell products that require extra information as they are ethical, bamboo, organic, and products that require explanation as to what they are used for. So the catalogue is not as simple as plonk a picture and a price, it requires somebody who can look through our website to find information on the product and add it to the listing when needed. We need somebody who is good with words as well as very creative with design!
There will be a lot of pages to start with, and then we will want to add pages on a continual basis. As we are not exactly sure of how many pages we will need, we would like a price per page, or some way of pricing the job depending on how big it gets. This project could be one that once the bulk job is done in the beginning to create the initial catalogue, we could continue passing on work to add to it as we add new products and Consultants.
The bid amount we have put in is just a random amount, as we are looking at different ways of pricing, such as per page.
