I need a sales page created for a eBook I am selling. This involves graphic design and copywriting.
This sales page needs to be uploaded as an advertisement into a forum so needs to either be done in Photoshop or Illustrator and saved as an image file. Or in CSS format. If you know other ways that is fine too. I'd also like to be able to use it on a future website.
I want someone with a proven ability to create a sales page that converts.
I want it to look sleek and professional, but not flashy. I really like the look, simplicity and classiness of this guy's sales page site: http://www.salespageinabox.com/
I would like the sales page to follow this format, or better if you do it better:

I have pdf's of eBook covers. We can use those, or you can create even better ones.
I don't know how to make the "Buy Now" button connect to anything. I need you to tell me how to do that or have it do it automatically.
I want to highlight the fact, in words and with the different eBook covers (attached as pdf's) that buyers can resell the big 56 page eBook as is, or can break it into 3 different topics (complete with covers I provide) and sell it that way too. I also want to highlight the benefit of how many of the chapters serve as perfect stand-alone topics for articles and blog posts.
I would like to emphasize the time sensitive nature of the content, the quality of the content, the full private label rights I'm offering, and how I'm allowing the content to be used in blogs. For this reason, it needs to be exclusive and that is why I am only offering 200 copies. 200 copies will only ever be sold.
I have attached a sample run-thru of some ideas I put together for how I would like it to go. I like my headline about saving a month of their life because I have done the work for them.
I have also attached the 3D book covers. The Pinterest only cover and the Polyvore only cover should be highlighted in the section that describes how you can sell as separate books.
Also, most sales pages do not show a table of contents. But who wants to buy something they can't see? I obviously can't post the actual text, but I want them to see the table of contents because I want them to see the quality I'm talking about here (and I want the copywriting to reflect this openness on my part to show the quality of the book.) Attached is also the table of contents.
