Photoshop / Illustrator work

Hi, I have a template that is currently in .ai/ format that I need to change the text/ Photos 85 times to produce 85 different files. The template is very similar to the Word document Sample that I have attached and it is only the 3 photos and 8 bullit points that need changing every time. The photos that for the new documents can be downloaded from our servers but will take some time as each photo is around 3MB X 3 Photos X 85 documents = approx 700-800MB. The text for each document (the 8 bulit points) can be copied directly from our website. Once you have downloaded the photos, it may be possible to set up a photoshop "Action" to automate the changing of the photos, but I am not 100% sure, the text will probably have to be added by copy/paste. The finished documents need to be uploaded to our server and be the same high quality as the original .ai/.jpeg files we provide and be ready for us to print. We need this project finishing as soon as possible. Thanks!
