Smart phone app

I'm looking for a app developer to develop an app for Me that can be used on any smart phone iPad or tablet . The best way for me to describe what I would like the app to do is an app almos identical to draw something . Able to draw something in different colours different thickness of a pen and rubber able to send to friends and contacts in your address book . The difference between my app is that the pages that you would draw something on must be able to flip at different speeds like you would when flicking through a book .
