Customize Joomla Template. At the moment, we don't know exactly what we want, but want to see the programmer's/designer's first layout and go from there. In general terms, we want a really good looking web 2.0 website with Joomla 1.5.

Tasks include:

Refurbish Logo of Company
Integrate Logo into template
Change color/pattern of background
Add social networking features like social book marking, social comments, etc.
