Project Description:
I have a drawing on an A3 spreadsheet...I will further improve it between now and the time I decide for a bidder for this project.

I will need is for someone to take my scanned sketch and turn it into Good looking Cartoony illustration...Colors and all...something similar to the pokemon kid but not too manga...Anyways, all instructions will be included.

I'd be looking to turn it into a similar format or vector illustration

Do not come and bug me through skype outside of freelancer.
