I have an existing Hong Kong Teahouse cafe that sells both asian and western food.
This cafe is situated in a Business Park, which is surrounded by many offices.
Hence, business comes mainly from lunch crowd, after that could be dead quiet.
I want to target on afternoon tea crowd, as well as companies who have meetings or events
in the afternoon at their office.
For Afternoon Tea, we could offer various toasts, sandwiches and beverages. Limited choices, plan to increase the range,
say some hot steaming buns but still sourcing for good ones.
Targeting on corporate meetings or events would be a new source of potential income for us.
We plan to have a small menu/flyer that lists down the finger food items that we could offer, example cocktail spring rolls, fishballs, chicken wings etc.
Attached is a sample of items we could prepare for customers.
Still deciding if we could deliver to customer's office (manpower issue), or get customers to collect from our cafe, with prior orders via telephone.
Attached are :
1. Logo of our Cafe
2. Name card Sample and
3. Sample of Ala-carte menu.
Note : I do not have a higher resolution format for the logo and namecard...
Look forward to your reply.
