Experienced Graphic Designer Needed

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! I wasted time with one designer because of lack of communication!!

Please be DETAIL ORIENTED
- WORK UNDER MINIMUM SUPERVISION...we don't have time to babysit anyone!!
- Be able to deliver project on time
- Great communicator

Today, we need a TEMPLATE 4 a NEWSLETTER (Due Mond morning California tiime) set up with mailchimp for an email blast (very important)

- I use mailchimp for email blast & the template has to be from there. Since they have basic designs, the template you choose needs to be redesigned to look creative & better than standard one. But newsletter has to be set up through mailchimp.

We also need redesign of the logo, flyers, brochures, twitter background page, business cards, photo-shoping images, web icon, but these can be done after the template for the news letter is done.
