You will redesign the current logo to make it work visually with our new site skin.

Logo should be transparent PNG and should retain the "Tape Reel" for the letter O. Source graphics for the tape reel are here:

Look is up to you - but it should be consistent with the look of the site. Consider something 3-D and / or with a reflection that fades into the blue background of the site. Color should be blue / grey / silver / etc.
